Clēnera, LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment across multiple job families and levels in Boise, Idaho. The role focuses on university recruitment, building candidate pipelines, screening, offers, and seamless onboarding, while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience.

The ideal candidate will have aBachelor’s degree in HR or related field and at least two years of experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, with strong communication,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn company-specific software.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle talent acquisition, including intake, sourcing, postings, screening, interview coordination, offers, and onboarding handoff.
• Build relationships with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles.
• Source and engage candidates to build pipelines across multiple job families and levels.
• Conduct initial phone screens to assess experience, fit with core values, and compensation expectations.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience with clear communication and timely updates.
• Lead campus recruitment initiatives, including university relationships and internship hiring.
