Homeside Rehab is seeking a dedicated Recruiter to source, screen, interview, and onboard healthcare professionals for our Monsey office. The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and the ability to manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Healthcare recruiting experience strongly preferred; experience recruiting PT/OT/SLP/LMHC etc. is a plus.
• Proven track record of filling high-volume and hard-to-fill positions.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume, social media, referrals, and other platforms.
• Strong interviewing, screening, and candidate assessment skills.
• Experience managing the recruitment process from sourcing through onboarding.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple openings.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone presence.
• Ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified healthcare professionals through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Review resumes and conduct phone screenings.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Follow up with candidates regarding onboarding documents.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Post and manage job advertisements across multiple platforms.
• Collaborate with leadership to meet hiring goals and staffing needs.
• Assist with onboarding coordination for newly hired providers.
• Perform additional recruitment and administrative duties as assigned.
