Job summary

The Recruiting Hive in Connecticut is seeking a Home Care Recruiter to develop caregiver pipelines and coordinate the interview process for RNs, CNAs and HHAs. This on-site role requires at least two years of healthcare recruiting experience, caregiver recruiting expertise, and a solid knowledge of employment laws.

You will manage multiple interviews weekly and collaborate with hiring managers to fill critical home care positions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in healthcare recruiting.
• Caregiver recruiting experience required.
• Home care recruiting highly preferred.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Develop candidate generation sources to build a caregiver pipeline of RNs, CNAs and HHAs.
• Screen resumes and conduct phone, virtual, and face-to-face interviews.
• Schedule interviews for all hiring managers.
• Schedule a high volume of applicant interviews weekly.
• In-office recruitment is required; remote work is not offered.
