Job summary

House of Higher is seeking a recruiter to own high-volume recruiting across multiple regions for direct care, professional and administrative roles, with onboarding under one roof. You will manage end-to-end hiring from sourcing to signed offers and ensure a stellar first-day experience for every new hire.

Youll build warm candidate pipelines, partner with hiring managers, screen for skill and heart, track time-to-fill, onboarding completion, and new-hire retention while contributing HR

Qualifications

• 5+ years of high-volume recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare or related field.
• Experience hiring hourly and frontline staff at scale.
• Experience running or improving onboarding processes.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, job boards, and sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for many open roles simultaneously, from sourcing to signed offer.
• Build and maintain warm candidate pipelines for in-demand roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand roles and fill quickly with suitable candidates.
• Screen candidates for both skills and fit (heart and alignment with mission).
• Own the onboarding process to ensure new hires arrive prepared, credentialed and ready to succeed.
• Track and report on time-to-fill, pipeline health, onboarding completion and retention of new hires.
• Take on HR projects as requested, from process improvements to new initiatives.
• Represent the organization with warmth and honesty in every candidate conversation.
