Homeside Rehab in Monsey, NY is seeking a Recruiter to source, screen, interview, and onboard healthcare professionals. This on-site role requires 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting, with healthcare recruiting experience preferred, and a proven ability to fill high-volume roles.

You will manage candidate communications, coordinate interviews, and support onboarding for new providers in a fast-paced, growth-minded environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Healthcare recruiting experience strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of filling high-volume roles.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume, and other platforms.
• Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified healthcare professionals via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct phone screenings.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage candidate communications throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Assist onboarding coordination for new providers.
