Qualifications

• Associate degree or six months' recruiting/HR experience, or equivalent.
• Experience in recruiting, staffing, or human resources.
• Excellent verbal English communication and relationship-building.
• Strong analytical, math, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Proficient with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and reporting databases.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates across platforms to fill healthcare roles.
• Screen and evaluate candidates for qualifications and fit.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future needs.
• Collaborate with client facilities to understand staffing goals.
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, postings, interviews, offers.
• Verify credentials, licenses, and background checks for compliance.
• Negotiate contract terms including bill rates and travel stipends.
• Promote employer brand to attract top talent.
• Stay informed on healthcare trends and labor markets.
• Submit candidate profiles via the VMS platform.
• Align weekly activities with scorecard expectations.
• Provide after-hours on-call support when needed.
• Maintain punctual, regular attendance and team collaboration.
• Demonstrate strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation with customers and coworkers.
• Remain calm and courteous under pressure.
