AMI Expeditionary Healthcare is seeking a motivated Healthcare Recruiter to support its growing staffing needs. The hybrid role is based in Reston, VA, with onsite requirements 2–3 days per week.

The recruiter will source, screen, and engage healthcare professionals for clinical and nonclinical roles. Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of recruiting experience.
• Experience sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates through job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting platforms.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple job openings and candidate pipelines simultaneously.
• Comfortable conducting phone screenings and discussing job requirements with prospective candidates.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Professional, approachable, and customer-service-oriented demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified healthcare professionals through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruiting resources.
• Review resumes and applications to evaluate qualifications, experience, licenses, and credentials.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate experience, availability, compensation expectations, and interest in available opportunities.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and guidance.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information, notes, and application statuses in the ATS.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Assist with developing and posting job advertisements across various recruiting platforms.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and anticipated staffing needs.
• Partner with Recruiting, Credentialing, Human Resources, and hiring managers to support staffing requirements.
• Assist candidates with gathering required documentation and initiating the credentialing process as appropriate.
• Monitor candidate progress and follow up to ensure timely completion of recruitment and pre-employment requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality of candidate information and comply with applicable employment and recruiting practices.
• Perform other recruiting and administrative duties as assigned.
