Addison Group is seeking a motivated Recruiter for our healthcare client in Addison, TX, offering a hybrid schedule (Mon–Fri, 8:00–5:00 CST) and direct hire placement. You’ll manage full-cycle recruiting for clinical support and operations across multiple locations, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in recruiting, healthcare hiring exposure, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of recruiting experience.
• Healthcare recruitment background preferred.
• Familiarity with sourcing strategies, candidate evaluation, interview management, and full-cycle hiring.
• Experience recruiting for outpatient clinics, ambulatory surgery centers, or multi-site healthcare organizations is a plus.
• Knowledge of clinical support positions, credentials, and outpatient staffing requirements preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities, ability to manage multiple openings.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Proficiency with ATS and online recruiting platforms; Paylocity experience preferred.
• Familiarity with recruiting analytics and high-volume hiring is beneficial.
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling information.
• Degree in HR/Business or related field preferred.
• Ability to work at a computer for extended periods.

Responsabilités

• Direct full-cycle recruitment for non-provider clinical and administrative positions.
• Work with department leaders to understand staffing demands and hiring objectives.
• Develop and publish compelling job advertisements; source through platforms and referrals.
• Evaluate resumes and conduct initial conversations to assess experience and compensation fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules and provide feedback to candidates and teams.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and recruitment activity.
• Facilitate approved offers and HR documentation.
• Monitor progress, pipelines, and vacancy timelines; report to leadership.
• Ensure recruiting activities follow confidential and compliant practices.
• Partner with HR to analyze retention trends and strengthen hiring.
• Assist with additional talent acquisition and HR duties as needed.
