Job summary

AHSG is seeking a Healthcare Recruiter in Frisco, TX with a hybrid work model. You will own full-cycle recruiting for allied and nursing staffing, build pipelines, and develop relationships with clinicians to support client opportunities.

Location: Frisco, TX; Compensation: $45K-$55K base plus a tiered bonus program up to $20,000 in the first year, plus commissions. Ideal candidate has 2-4 years in healthcare recruiting and strong sourcing and relationship skills.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, healthcare staffing, talent acquisition, sales, or relationship management.
• Proven track record managing a full-cycle recruiting desk or equivalent client relationship portfolio.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify qualified healthcare professionals across multiple recruiting channels.
• Build and maintain a sustainable pipeline of clinicians aligned with client demand.
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle including sourcing, screening, submission, placement, and ongoing clinician engagement.
• Partner with Account Managers and Operations teams to understand client needs and staffing priorities.
