Job summary

AdventHealth in Rome, GA seeks a Recruitment Specialist to partner with hiring managers, forecast staffing needs, and align recruiting with facility programs.

You will assess candidates through behavioral interviews, extend offers and incentives, manage ATS records, and use AI tools to accelerate sourcing, while maintaining compliance and a candidate-focused experience.

This role emphasizes compassionate care, local community impact, and a collaborative, growth-oriented team culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent professional experience.
• 1+ year of recruiting or HR experience in healthcare preferred.
• Experience with ATS and CRM systems and talent sourcing.
• Knowledge of benefit plans and staffing processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partners with hiring managers to develop staffing needs by reviewing regular attrition rates, new business plans, and potential retirements.
• Develops strategies to acquire talent to ensure vacancies are kept to facility-specified levels, new and expanding programs are staffed for opening dates, and retirement replacement plans are executed.
• Assesses candidates using behavioral interview techniques, resumes, credentials reviews, and assessments to determine minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• Ensures behavioral assessments are completed and reflect the quality hire expected to meet AdventHealth competencies.
• Prepares and extends job offers, sign-on bonuses, seasonal agreements, relocation agreements, and other incentives, managing counter offers as necessary.Develops knowledge of benefit plans, incentives, and corporate and facility policies, addressing applicant inquiries.
• Maintains accurate and timely documentation of candidate progress in the applicant tracking system.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education:

Work Experience:

• 1+ recruiting/human resources experience [Required]
• Healthcare experience [Preferred]
• RPO experience [Preferred]

Additional Information:

• An equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of the stated degree requirement:
• Bachelor's Degree AND 1 years of relevant experience [Required] OR
• Associate's Degree AND 3 years of relevant experience [Required] OR
• High School Grad or Equiv AND 5 years of relevant experience [Required]

Licenses and Certifications:

• Professional in Human Resources (PHR) [Preferred]
• SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) [Preferred]

Pay Range:

$47,985.60 - $89,252.80
