PowerBack Rehabilitation is seeking a Record Management Manager to lead the maintenance, security, and storage of patient records in a compliant nursing center environment. You will oversee ICD coding activities, audits, and documentation workflows to support accurate billing and regulatory adherence.

The role requires a minimum 3 years in records management, a high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred), and a certification or working knowledge of ICD coding.

Qualifikationen

• High school degree or equivalent required; college degree strongly preferred or commensurate experience required.
• Certification in ICD coding or working knowledge of ICD coding is required.
• At least 3 years of experience with records management is required.

• Coordinating the maintenance, security, and storage of patient records in accordance with regulations and policy.
• Ensure accurate and current diagnostic coding to support proper billing of patient care.
• Create medical records for new patient admissions and conduct routine audits of records.
• Maintain the electronic diagnosis list and ensure timely documentation.
