Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with records management.
• Certification in ICD coding or working knowledge of ICD coding.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance, security, and storage of written and electronic records.
• Ensure accurate and current diagnostic coding for billing.
• Create medical records for new patient admissions.
• Perform routine audits of medical records from admission to discharge.
