Carilion Clinic in Roanoke, VA is seeking a Receptionist Clerk to greet patients and visitors on the Nursing Units, answer calls, manage mail, and assist with data entry to keep the unit running smoothly. The role requires three 12-hour Day/Evening shifts weekly (6:45 am–7:15 pm) with rotating weekends and holidays; EMR knowledge helps, and a high school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• Receives unit mail and routes to staff; serves as a unit resource.
• Answers calls and screens inquiries; forwards as needed.
• Maintains and operates general office equipment; supports data entry.
