Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors and answer departmental questions.
• Answer calls, screen inquiries, and route messages appropriately.
• Receive mail and distribute to staff; assist with data entry as needed.
• Support admissions, transfers, and discharges; schedule procedures.
• Assist with staff scheduling and unit supplies; monitor cleanliness.
• Maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced care environment.
