Job summary

EnableComp is seeking a Client Support Representative to join the Client Support team. The role focuses on medical documentation retrieval and processing, inventory reconciliation, and supporting prebill work queue resolution.

You will coordinate with the Client Delivery team to ensure timely and accurate documentation and cash flow. The position emphasizes data accuracy, adherence to SOPs, and collaboration across departments in a fast-paced revenue cycle environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years in healthcare operations or document management preferred.
• Strong computer proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve and acquire medical documentation from client systems, including invoices and EOBs.
• Submit document request lists and monitor outstanding requests regularly.
• Scan, upload and store medical documentation and PHI according to data handling standards.
• Assist in compiling client reconciliations and preparing reports for review.
• Support prebill work queue resolution and maintain KPI performance.
• Identify and report system issues and process gaps for resolution.
