Job summary

EnableComp is hiring a Client Support Representative to support revenue cycle operations. You will focus on retrieving medical documentation, processing, and assisting with reconciliations to ensure seamless client delivery.

The role involves data entry, communication with the Client Delivery team, and maintaining PHI handling standards. Prior experience in healthcare operations is preferred, with attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in healthcare operations, revenue cycle, or document management preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve and acquire medical documentation from client systems (e.g., UB-04, EOBs, medical records).
• Submit document request lists and monitor outstanding requests regularly.
• Scan, upload and store PHI in accordance with data handling standards.
• Assist in compiling client reconciliations and prepare reports for review.
• Research closed/returned claims, resolve open items, and rebill missing claims.
• Support prebill work queue resolution and maintain KPI performance.
• Communicate operational findings with the Client Delivery team.
• Identify and report system issues and process gaps to leadership.
• Maintain accurate, real-time documentation in the E360 platform.
• Perform data entry across multiple systems to support workflows.
• Collaborate with other departments as needed and follow SOPs.
