Job summary

EnableComp LLC in Franklin, TN seeks a detail-oriented Client Support Representative to support revenue cycle operations. You will retrieve medical documentation, assist with reconciliations, and help prepare prebill and data-entry tasks with accuracy and speed.

This role does not involve direct client interaction; you will partner with the Client Delivery team to escalate issues and ensure documentation is complete and compliant.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in healthcare operations, revenue cycle, or document management preferred
• Familiarity with medical claims documentation and payer/provider data processes preferred
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Retrieve and acquire medical documentation from client systems (e.g., implant invoices, UB-04, EOBs, medical records)
• Submit document request lists and monitor outstanding requests to ensure documentation for processing
• Scan, upload, and store PHI in accordance with data handling standards
• Assist in compiling client reconciliations by gathering data and preparing reports
• Assist in working client reconciliations by researching closed/returned claims and posting adjustments
• Support prebill work queue resolution and maintain KPI performance
• Communicate operational findings with Client Delivery team and escalate issues
• Identify and report system issues, workflow barriers, and process gaps to leadership
• Maintain accurate documentation in the E360 platform in real time
• Use multiple systems for accurate data entry to support workflows
• Move work through the department and cooperate with other departments
• Follow SOPs and contribute to process improvement
• Other duties as assigned
