Job summary

Team Select Home Care is seeking a Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Operations Specialist to optimize workflows, ensure compliance, and support initiatives to improve revenue performance. You will work closely with the Director of RCM Operations and handle EMR, EVV/RCM config, ERA/EFT/EDI setup, and payor portal maintenance.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of health care collections experience.
• Minimum two years of operation/administrative experience.

Responsibilities

• EMR setup and maintenance for RCM department.
• EVV/RCM configuration.
• ERA/EFT/EDI setup and maintenance.
• Payor portal maintenance for all employees.
• Denovo/location change tracking and system updates.
• Assist with projects pertaining to acquisitions and EMR conversions.
• Assist in recruiting efforts of RCM team.
• Process improvement.
• Assist in building out employee training program.
• Collections and payor projects as assigned.
• Administrative tasks.
• Attend meetings as assigned.
• Attend Payor training webinars and manage payor bulletins and updates.
