Job summary

EnableComp is seeking a Resolution Analyst to bridge client contacts with the denials and underpayment appeal process, driving timely payment recovery across assigned accounts. The role requires handling PHI with high privacy and security standards and supporting revenue-cycle improvements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 5+ years in healthcare billing/collections.
• 1+ years client-facing/customer service experience.
• Understanding of payer/provider claims processing and data requirements.
• Familiarity with hospital reimbursement and managed care terms.

Responsibilities

• Review, evaluate, appeal, and follow up on denied or underpaid claims using proprietary software.
• Determine correct reimbursement using payer documentation and contracts.
• Identify and collect cash payments from insurance companies by reviewing hospital contracts.
• Assemble and submit underpayment appeals with supporting records.
• Conduct timely telephone follow-ups with payers to resolve receivables.
• Maintain patient privacy and PHI in all workflows.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
