Tenet Healthcare is seeking a Quality/Performance Improvement professional in El Paso, TX to support evidence-based measure documentation and reporting of quality-of-care outcomes.

The role involves tracking and analyzing data to improve processes, conducting daily rounds on nursing units to identify opportunities, and generating reports to support ongoing performance improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an inpatient care related field.
• 3 years of experience in healthcare or quality management.

Responsibilities

• Track, trend, and analyze data to identify and improve processes related to Quality / Performance Improvement programs.
• Make daily rounds on nursing units and identify areas of opportunity to improve patient outcomes.
• Generate reports, spreadsheets, charts, and presentations to assist in the Quality / Performance Improvement efforts.
• Actively support ongoing Joint Commission preparation, including participation in the Joint Commission Survey Ready Team, unit-based audits, record reviews, and tracers in the coordination of and participation in mock surveys.
