Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare-related field or equivalent.
• Five years of experience in a healthcare setting with two years in performance improvement.
• CPHQ certification or plan to obtain within one year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and evaluate quality improvement projects using Plan-Do-Study-Act, Lean, and Six Sigma.
• Monitor outcomes, analyze trends, and recommend changes to improve care delivery.
• Develop and implement process improvement strategies to enhance patient care and operations.
• Advise teams on process improvement methodologies and support service improvements.
• Collect and report quality metrics and safety data to stakeholders.
• Use data visualization to present findings and inform decision-making.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to design solutions and ensure adoption.
• Manage multiple improvement projects, timelines, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Serve as a resource on quality and process improvement.
