Job summary

El Paso Children's Hospital Corporation in El Paso, TX is seeking an experienced Perioperative Services Quality Measures Coordinator to support QA/PI initiatives in the operating room and PACU. You will help identify performance trends, prioritize improvements, and advance compliance with Joint Commission standards under the direction of the Director, Perioperative Services.

Ideal candidates will have at least three years RN experience in OR or PACU, current Texas RN license with BLS/PALS/ACLS,

Qualifications

• Three years RN experience in OR or PACU.
• Current Texas RN license to practice.
• BLS, PALS, ACLS certifications.
• BSN required.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of EMR systems and clinical documentation.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate perioperative QA and PI initiatives across OR and PACU.
• Identify performance trends and prioritize improvements.
• Assist in ensuring Joint Commission standards compliance.
• Provide leadership to meet regulatory requirements aligned with hospital Mission and Values.
