Job summary

IEHP is seeking a Quality Improvement RN to lead improvement initiatives across acute care hospitals, SNFs, hospice, and more. You will coordinate projects, implement evidence-based practices, and train providers while aligning with CMS Star, HEDIS, CAHPS, and NCQA standards.

Expect collaboration with multiple teams and external partners to enhance care quality. The role requires a California RN license, CPQH or equivalent certification within one year, and 4+ years of clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum four (4) years of clinical/health care experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in science or health/healthcare related field from an accredited institution required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• CPHQ or equivalent quality improvement certificate required or obtained within one year of hire.
• Active, unrestricted California RN license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality improvement initiatives across the continuum of care.
• Support evidence-based practice integration and provider training.
• Coordinate and implement quality improvement projects and programs.
• Engage with external partners and internal stakeholders to drive performance.
