Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a clinical healthcare field with knowledge of EHR workflows.
• 3 years clinical data analysis experience.
• Active professional licensure in Connecticut (RN/APRN or other) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and optimize performance metrics to improve patient care and clinical workflows.
• Collaborate with hospital staff and ITS teams to support quality reporting and regulatory programs (CMS, JCAHO, MIPS).
• Develop performance dashboards and share insights to drive improvements in safety and outcomes.
• Lead or participate in performance improvement teams aligned with organizational priorities.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance for regulatory submissions and public reporting.
