Job summary

The position requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years in healthcare quality improvement or related fields, with travel around Northern North Carolina and a dayshift schedule from 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.
• 3 years' experience in health care, clinical quality improvement, project management, or related fields.
• Certificate in health care quality, patient safety or project management/Lean preferred and is required within 2 years of employment. Or equivalent internal program.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance improvement efforts and coach teams on process redesign and measurement.
• Plan and lead moderately complex interdisciplinary projects, ensuring on-time delivery with high quality.
• Apply quality frameworks and data analysis to achieve outcomes and improve tools for data collection.
• Leads department and performance improvement meetings, analyzes trends, and develops action plans to maximize success.
• Promotes cross-department communication and ensures stakeholders receive consistent communication across sites.
