Job summary

You will supervise QA professionals, coordinate with clinical leaders, and drive standardized processes, education, and timely reporting to improve outcomes and patient safety across multiple facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a clinical discipline required; master’s preferred.
• Five+ years in healthcare quality, measurement, or performance improvement.
• Leadership or supervisory experience required.
• Travel between facilities may be required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise quality professionals and provide coaching and performance support.
• Lead quality assurance performance improvement activities and evaluate processes.
• Oversee quality data abstraction, validation, and submission readiness.
• Ensure timely, accurate data submission for inpatient/outpatient quality reporting.
