Integrated Services for Behavioral Health is seeking a Clinical Quality Improvement Manager to lead organization-wide quality initiatives in Southeastern Ohio. You will drive performance improvement, monitor data, and collaborate with clinical leadership to enhance outcomes and equity.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in healthcare quality improvement, knowledge of QI methodologies, and experience with UDS/HEDIS measures. A Bachelor's degree is required; a Master’s is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required; Master's preferred.
• 3–5 years of healthcare quality improvement or related experience.
• Experience in primary care, behavioral health, FQHC, or integrated settings preferred.
• Knowledge of QI methodologies: PDSA, Lean, Six Sigma, CQI.
• Understanding of UDS, HEDIS, CMS measures, and value-based reimbursement.
• Knowledge of CARF, HRSA, Joint Commission, NCQA, Medicaid/Medicare standards.
• Strong data analytics and translating data into improvement actions.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, PM, and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience with EHRs and healthcare data reporting platforms.
• MS Office proficiency, advanced Excel.
• CPHQ or similar certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead organization-wide quality improvement initiatives.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate QI initiatives to improve outcomes and equity.
• Monitor quality data and population health metrics (UDS, HEDIS, etc.).
• Collaborate with clinical/operational leaders to design data-driven strategies.
• Support QI across integrated care settings (primary care, behavioral health, SUD, care coordination).
• Partner with leadership on value-based contracting and performance-based reimbursement.
• Design dashboards and oversee data collection and reporting.
• Facilitate PIPs, PDSA cycles, and other CQI activities.
• Ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance (HRSA, CARF, Medicaid, Medicare).
• Conduct audits, chart reviews, gap analyses; develop corrective actions.
• Prepare board/leadership reports; provide education and coaching on quality measures.
