Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health in Southeastern Ohio is seeking a Clinical Quality Improvement Manager to lead organization-wide quality initiatives, enhance clinical outcomes, and support regulatory compliance across primary care and behavioral health settings.

You will analyze data, coordinate PIPs and PDSA cycles, develop dashboards, and collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to advance value-based care and health equity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare field required; Master's preferred.
• 3-5 years of healthcare quality improvement, clinical quality, population health, or value-based care experience.
• Experience in primary care, behavioral health, FQHC, or integrated healthcare settings preferred.
• Knowledge of quality reporting programs (UDS, HEDIS, CMS measures) and value-based reimbursement.
• Proficiency in data analytics, reporting, and performance measurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead organization-wide quality improvement initiatives and performance improvement projects.
• Monitor quality and population health data, including UDS, HEDIS, and payer programs.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to develop data-driven improvement strategies.
• Support regulatory compliance across HRSA, CARF, Medicaid, Medicare, and state requirements.
• Develop dashboards and reporting to monitor goals and quality indicators.
• Provide education and coaching on quality measures and regulatory expectations.
• Support action plans and monitor outcomes with cross-functional teams.
• Prepare board and leadership reports on quality performance and outcomes.
