Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health in Southeastern Ohio is seeking a Quality Improvement Manager to lead organization-wide quality initiatives and drive performance improvements across primary care, behavioral health, and care coordination services.

The ideal candidate will manage data analytics, regulatory compliance, and PDSA/PI projects, partnering with clinical and operational leaders to improve patient outcomes and health equity while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 3–5 years of healthcare quality improvement or population health experience.
• Experience in primary care, behavioral health, FQHC, or integrated settings preferred.
• Knowledge of quality reporting programs (UDS, HEDIS, CMS) and CQI principles.
• Strong data analytics and ability to translate data into improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evaluate quality improvement initiatives to improve outcomes and equity.
• Monitor quality, utilization, and population health data (UDS, HEDIS, etc.).
• Develop data-driven strategies with clinical and operational leaders.
• Oversee data collection, reporting, and dashboards.
• Coordinate with teams to implement corrective action plans.
• Support regulatory compliance and accreditation efforts.
• Prepare board and leadership reports on quality performance.
• Provide education and coaching on quality measures to staff.
• Promote a culture of continuous quality improvement.
