Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is seeking a Clinical Quality Improvement Manager to lead organization-wide quality initiatives in Southeast and Central Ohio. The role focuses on improving clinical outcomes, patient experience, and operational performance within primary care and behavioral health settings.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of healthcare quality improvement experience, strong data analytics, and familiarity with UDS/HEDIS and value-based programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant health field or equivalent experience.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Experience leading quality improvement initiatives in healthcare.
• Knowledge of UDS, HEDIS, CMS measures, and value-based care.

Responsibilities

• Lead organization-wide quality improvement initiatives and performance improvement projects.
• Monitor data on quality, utilization, and population health metrics.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to drive data-driven improvements.
• Ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance (HRSA, CARF, Medicaid, Medicare).
