Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) seeks a Clinical Quality Improvement Manager to lead organization-wide quality initiatives in Southeast and Central Ohio. You will drive performance improvement, analyze data, and ensure regulatory compliance while partnering with leadership to advance value-based care and health equity.

The ideal candidate will bring strong QI experience in healthcare, especially in primary care or behavioral health settings, with a focus on outcomes,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare-related field; Master’s preferred.
• 3–5 years in healthcare quality improvement or equivalent.
• Experience in primary care, behavioral health, or FQHC settings preferred.
• Knowledge of quality methods: PDSA, Lean, Six Sigma, CQI.
• Familiar with UDS, HEDIS, CMS measures, value-based models.
• Regulatory/compliance awareness (CARF, HRSA, Medicaid, Medicare).

Responsibilities

• Lead development and evaluation of quality improvement initiatives.
• Monitor quality, utilization, and population health data and dashboards.
• Support PIPs and PDSA cycles; drive performance improvement.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and prepare board reports.
