Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health is seeking a Quality Improvement Manager to lead organization-wide quality initiatives in Southeastern Ohio. You will manage performance improvement, analyze data, and partner with leaders to drive better patient outcomes and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 3–5 years in healthcare quality improvement, expertise in UDS/HEDIS, and proficiency with EHRs and Excel reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 3-5 years of healthcare quality improvement experience.
• Experience in primary care, behavioral health, FQHC, or integrated settings preferred.
• Knowledge of QI methodologies including PDSA, Lean, Six Sigma, CQI.
• Familiarity with UDS, HEDIS, CMS quality measures, and value-based reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, and evaluation of quality improvement initiatives.
• Monitor quality, utilization, and population health data and key measures.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities and data-driven strategies.
• Design data collection, reporting, and performance dashboards.
• Facilitate PIPs and PDSA cycles; monitor regulatory compliance and accreditation requirements.
• Prepare reports for Board and leadership; provide education and coaching on quality measures.
• Promote a culture of continuous quality improvement across the organization.
