Job summary

AllianceOne, a Teleperformance subsidiary, is hiring a Customer Service Expert in Maumee, OH. You will handle incoming calls from healthcare providers, resolve account issues, and help them find the best payment options while following client guidelines.

This full-time role offers 2 weeks of paid training, HIPAA training, 40-hour weeks Monday through Friday between 9:00am and 7:00pm ET, and comprehensive benefits starting the first of the month.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience (call center experience is a plus).
• Excellent verbal communication with a professional phone presence.
• Strong desire to achieve goals.
• Basic computer knowledge/skills; ability to multitask while talking and typing at the same time.
• Ability and openness to work with a diverse customer base.
• Works well in team settings.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls from healthcare providers to resolve account issues and negotiate solutions.
• Provide accurate information and follow client and company guidelines.
• Assist providers with payment options and transactions.
