Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead project scope, schedule, budget and profitability across healthcare projects.
• Collaborate with Principal to negotiate owner-architect agreements.
• Supervise production of construction documents for renovations.
• Develop discipline cost and work-hour budgets and monitor costs.
• Coordinate contractor bids and award recommendations.
• Provide day-to-day leadership and assist with client billings.
