HFG Architecture, a healthcare planning and design firm, seeks a Project Manager to oversee healthcare projects from conception to completion. Lead multidisciplinary teams, coordinate with clients, and ensure delivery of high-quality architectural solutions.

You will manage scope, budgets, and schedules while ensuring compliance with healthcare codes and standards. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success in this hybrid role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in architecture with a focus on healthcare projects.
• Experience leading multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare design codes and regulations (FGI, ADA, IBC).
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office; PM software preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership, team-building and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of healthcare architecture projects—from planning to closeout.
• Define scope, schedules, deliverables, and resource plans; monitor profitability and quality.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with clients and stakeholders.
• Review drawings, specifications, and documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Provide construction administration support, including site visits and RFIs.
• Ensure design work complies with codes and healthcare guidelines (FGI, ADA, IBC).
