Job summary

HGA is seeking a Project Manager for its Healthcare team in Boston, MA. This role focuses on guiding projects from concept through construction, coordinating with Principal and cross-disciplinary teams to ensure successful delivery in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Ideal candidates bring 8–12+ years of PM experience with strong client management, budget control, and collaboration across architects, engineers, and specialty consultants. A relevant architecture background is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture or related field.
• Licensed professional preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Principal in evaluating project requirements and help negotiate owner-architect agreements.
• Demonstrate mastery of project scope, schedule, budget, and profitability to complete projects on time and on budget.
• Manage multiple projects and client relationships effectively.
• Negotiate issues with Owner, Contractor, Architects, Engineers and Consultants.
• Supervise production of construction documents for multiple small renovations.
• Lead a full-service team to deliver quality documents, reports, and cost estimates.
