Job summary

HGA is seeking a Sr Project Manager for Healthcare to lead design and delivery across complex projects in California. You will partner with principals to guide budgets, schedules, and quality, delivering spaces that inspire and transform communities.

Based in Santa Monica or San Diego, this role requires senior-level PM experience, superb communication with clients and teams, and the ability to manage multiple projects from concept through construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture or related field.
• 15+ years of project management experience on complex projects.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills; able to manage budgets and client communications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Principal to evaluate project requirements and negotiate owner-architect agreements.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget and profitability across multiple projects.
• Lead a full-service design team to deliver quality documents, reports and cost estimates.
• Coordinate contractor bids and prepare award recommendations.
• Support marketing and development of proposals and client interviews.
