HGA in California seeks a Sr Project Manager - Healthcare to lead complex healthcare design projects, coordinating with principals and cross-disciplinary teams across architecture, engineering, and interior design.

The role requires 15+ years of PM experience, a degree in architecture, and a licensed professional preferred. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and client relationships, with a hybrid work model in Santa Monica or San Diego, three days in the office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture or related field.
• Licensed professional preferred.
• 15+ years of project management experience on complex projects.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with Principal to evaluate project requirements and help to negotiate an owner-architect agreement including fee, scope, and schedule.
• Demonstrate mastery of project scope, schedule, budget and profitability; complete projects on time, within budget, and with client satisfaction.
• Manage a program of multiple projects and client relationships effectively.
• Negotiate issues with Owner, Contractor, Architects, Engineers and Consultants within and outside of HGA.
• Supervise production of architectural construction documents for multiple small renovations.
• Lead a full-service architectural/engineering team to deliver quality documents, cost estimates and reports while managing budgets and timelines.
