Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Project Manager to direct all aspects of customer benefit plan implementations for self-funded new business clients. You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded.

The role requires 5–7 years in healthcare client-facing roles, strong problem-solving, and collaboration. Full-time, Pacific Time preference for applicants in the US, with comprehensive benefits and bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of healthcare client-facing experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess risks and drive issues to resolution.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Proven execution and delivery skills, including managing competing deadlines and coordinating resources.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of key organizational projects within budget and timelines.
• Develop project plans, assign team members, set deliverables and milestones.
• Conduct post-mortems and apply lessons learned for process improvements.
• Implement and enforce quality control processes.
• Develop change management plans to minimize resistance and ensure adoption.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and contingency plans.
• Prepare and deliver project progress reports highlighting achievements and risks.
• Direct multiple projects, adjust priorities, and maintain attention to detail.
• Coach junior colleagues in project management techniques.
