Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Project Manager to direct all aspects of customer benefit plan implementation for Self-funded New Business Clients. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to proactively address issues and ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.

You will lead planning and execution of strategic projects, define deliverables, manage risks, and coach junior colleagues, while maintaining timelines and budgets in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of healthcare client-facing experience, including direct management of client relationships, issue resolution, and successful delivery of healthcare products, services, or implementation initiatives.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess risks, recommend solutions, and drive issues to resolution within established timelines.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Proven execution and delivery skills, including prioritizing work, managing competing deadlines, coordinating cross-functional resources, and achieving established business objectives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of key organizational projects, ensuring alignment with goals, timelines, and budgets.
• Develop project plans and team member assignments, define deliverables and deadlines, and establish milestones.
• Prepare and deliver project progress reports, highlighting achievements, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Coach junior colleagues in project management techniques, processes and responsibilities.
