Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed schedules, resource allocation, budget management, and risk assessments.
• Scope Management: Define and manage project scope, ensuring all deliverables align with business objectives.
• Resource Management: Allocate and manage project resources to optimize performance and meet deadlines.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, communicating progress and managing expectations.
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues, maintaining a RAID log.
• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare status reports and maintain project artifacts and approvals.
• Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead project teams and foster a productive work environment.
• Quality Assurance: Implement quality controls to ensure standards are met.
