Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Business, Information Technology or relevant experience.
• 7 years of Project Delivery Experience.
• 7 years of Client Relationship Management.
• 3 years of Team Leadership and Management.
• PMI - Project Management Professional (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Hire and termination decisions; coach and develop staff.
• Plan, organize, staff, direct and control day-to-day operations.
• Assign project managers to specific requests for work.
• Review budgets, allocations and risks to ensure delivery.
• Review and approve change controls before stakeholders.
• Facilitate lessons learned for projects closing out.
• Ensure project artifacts are documented and archived.
• Escalate issues to senior leadership when needed.
