Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in project management delivering complex projects.

• Healthcare or health insurance PM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning & Execution: develop detailed project plans, schedules, budget, and risk assessments.
• Scope Management: define and control project scope and changes.
• Resource Management: allocate resources to meet deadlines.
• Stakeholder Management: maintain relationships and communicate progress.
• Risk & Issue Management: identify, assess, mitigate risks; maintain RAID log.
• Reporting & Documentation: deliver status reports and maintain project artifacts.
• Team Leadership & Collaboration: lead teams and foster collaboration.
• Quality Assurance: implement quality controls for deliverables.
• Other duties as assigned.
