Beebe Healthcare in Lewes, Delaware, seeks a PMO Manager to lead the Information Systems project portfolio and govern project delivery across clinical, infrastructure, and data initiatives. You will align technology programs with strategic objectives while collaborating with IS, clinical, revenue cycle, and vendor partners.

The role emphasizes leadership, governance, and standardization of project management practices, driving improvements, and reporting to executive leadership with dashboards

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive project management experience in healthcare information technology, clinical systems, or healthcare operations.
• 2+ years of leadership experience managing project managers or PMO functions.
• Demonstrated experience overseeing complex enterprise initiatives and project portfolios.
• Experience with healthcare systems, Electronic Health Records (EHR), clinical applications, and operational workflows preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement, and maintain enterprise project management methodologies, standards, tools, and best practices.
• Establish and oversee project governance frameworks, stage-gate processes, and project prioritization mechanisms.
• Manage the IS project portfolio to ensure alignment with organizational strategy and available resources.
• Facilitate project steering committees and governance meetings.
• Monitor project performance and recommend corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure consistency and quality in project management practices across the organization.
• Maintain a comprehensive portfolio of Information Systems projects.
• Evaluate project requests, business cases, risks, dependencies, and resource requirements.
• Partner with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives based on organizational value and strategic objectives.
• Track portfolio health through KPIs, milestones, budgets, and resource utilization.
• Provide executive-level reporting and dashboards on project status and outcomes.
• Direct and support multiple concurrent technology and business transformation projects.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectations.
• Manage complex projects involving EHR platforms, clinical applications, revenue cycle systems, digital health solutions, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data initiatives.
• Facilitate issue resolution, risk mitigation, and change management activities.
• Coordinate project planning, execution, testing, go-live, and post-implementation support activities.
• Lead, mentor, and develop project managers, business analysts, and other PMO personnel.
• Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, collaboration, and customer service.
