Precision AQ in the United States is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support project managers and agency departments, coordinating project planning, meetings, and workflow. The role emphasizes proactive communication, organization, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.

The position offers growth into lead roles on accounts, with exposure to SOW reviews, process research, and industry best practices within a dynamic agency setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Travel domestically and/or internationally including overnight stays may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in basic project planning and execution of work.
• Attend and schedule internal meetings, including kickoff and status updates.
• Lead online routing of projects and ensure quality assurance at each step.
• Provide constant communication to meet client expectations and deliverables.
• Grow skillset to become the project lead on a set of accounts.
