Precision AQ is hiring an Associate Project Manager to support project teams and manage client work. You will assist with planning, scheduling, and coordinating efforts across departments to ensure on-time delivery and quality results.

The role emphasizes proactive communication, multitasking, and learning how to navigate agency workflows. This position offers growth toward leading accounts within the Project Management group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proficient in MS Office; travel may be domestic and/or international.
• 0–2 years’ work experience in project management or coordinator role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in project planning and execution of work.
• Attend and schedule internal meetings; provide notes and next steps.
• Understand and advocate for workflow processes and team roles.
• Communicate with clients and team members to meet expectations and deadlines.
• Review Statements of Work (SOW) and identify best practices.
• Grow toward taking a project lead on accounts.
