Precision AQ in New Jersey seeks an Associate Project Manager to partner with Project Managers and agency departments, coordinating projects from planning through delivery.

You will manage meetings, track workflows, ensure clear communications with clients, and contribute to process improvements. Bachelor’s degree required; 0–2 years PM experience preferred; travel may be domestic or international.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proficient in MS Office; travel domestically and/or internationally including overnight stays.
• 0 to 2 years' work experience in project management or in a coordinator capacity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in basic project planning and execution of work.
• Attend and schedule internal meetings, including kickoff, internal review, regroup, and status; provide recaps and next steps.
• Understand and advocate for the workflow process and each team member’s role; review action orders for clear direction; lead online routing with QA and maintain daily hot sheet.
• Provide constant communication to meet client expectations and deliverables; monitor delivery dates; propose alternative solutions to keep projects on track.
