Precision AQ is seeking an Associate Project Manager who partners with Project Managers and agency departments to manage client projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will help plan, schedule, track progress, and ensure clear communication with clients to keep work on time and within budget.

The role offers growth into project leadership, exposure to SOWs, and opportunities to learn industry practices while frequently coordinating across teams and potentially traveling

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Able to travel domestically and/or internationally, including overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in basic project planning and execution of work.
• Attend and schedule internal meetings, including kickoff, internal review, regroup, and status.
• Lead online routing of projects and ensure quality assurance at each step.
• Provide constant communication to meet client expectations and deliverables.
• SOW review and input; research processes and industry practices; identify and share best practices.
