Precision Medicine Group is seeking an Associate Project Manager to partner with Project Managers and agency departments to manage projects in a dynamic, collaborative environment. You will support planning, meetings, and workflow optimization while ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery.

The role emphasizes proactive communication, time management, and the ability to multitask across multiple accounts, with opportunities to advance to lead roles and contribute to SOW reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proficiency in MS Office; ability to coordinate multiple tasks.
• Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist in basic project planning and execution of work.
• Attend and schedule internal meetings and provide recaps.
• Lead the online routing of projects and ensure quality assurance at each step.
• Provide constant communication to meet client expectations and deliverables.
• Grow into project lead on a set of accounts and review Statements of Work (SOW).
