Precision AQ in Columbus, OH is seeking an Associate Project Manager to partner with Project Managers and agency departments to manage projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to scope.

You will assist in planning, meetings, workflow management, and clear cross-team communication, with growth opportunities to lead accounts and review SOWs. A Bachelor’s degree and MS Office proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Must be able to travel domestically and/or internationally, including overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in basic project planning and execution of work.
• Attend and schedule internal meetings and provide recaps with next steps.
• Understand and advocate for the workflow process and team roles.
• Provide constant communication to meet client expectations and deliverables.
• Identify best practices and growth opportunities within accounts.
